Construction Amnesty – consideration has begun

Committee on Sectoral Economics and Economic Policy begins consideration of draft law on construction amnesty

Maia Bitadze, Member of Parliament, presented the package of amendments on the Amendment to the Code of Spatial Planning, Architectural and Construction Activities of Georgia in the Committee on Sectoral Economics and Economic Policy in the first reading.

According to the bill, it will be possible to put the completed construction facilities into operation, and the owners will have the opportunity to develop their property at will in accordance with the rules established by law.

The Committee supported the package of bills in the first reading.

The Committee also considered in the third reading and supported the draft law on amendments to the Law of Georgia on State Property.
