Inspection of the Performed Works (Form #2)
Inspection of the acts of the performed works is necessary for the following purposes:
- Before making a payment, the client (developer, investor, owner) must make sure that the volume of the performed works and the value of the work are correct.
- The contractor can easily confirm the legitimacy and accuracy of the work done by the client in order to receive remuneration.
The inspection of the performed works includes the determination of the actual volumes on the object and the determination of the cost of the works according to the unit pricing indicated in the cost estimates and act of the performed works (Form N2), namely:
- Determining the actual volumes as a result of the measurements of the visible works and comparing it with the cost estimates and the acts of the performed works;
- Determining the compliance of the material costs, labor resources costs and the use of machinery given in the acts of the performed works with the normative-technical documents;
- Comparing unit values given in the acts of the performed works with the estimates, invoices;
- Comparing unit values given in the acts of the performed works with average market prices, in the absence of project documentation;
- Determining the compliance of the amount of all accruals with the normative acts and market prices operating in Georgia.
